What we collect

When you send the estimate form, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, town, and your description of the problem. Nothing else rides along with it.

When you call, the number published on this site may route through a call-tracking service. That service logs the number you called from and the time of the call, so we know which calls came from the website and can call you back if we miss you.

Like almost every website, our hosting and content-delivery providers keep standard server logs: the pages requested and the network address they were requested from. The site may also use standard analytics that report anonymous usage in aggregate.

How we use it

We use what you send us to do the work you asked about: answer your call or form, price the job, schedule it, and follow up on it. Your information is shared only with the people doing that work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to advertisers or list brokers.

Retention and removal

We keep contact details as long as they're useful for the estimate or job they belong to. If you want your information deleted, call (518) 901-2747 and say so. We'll remove it from our records.

Changes and contact
